Overall staff is professional and work at a 110% despite disagreements and quarrels. I've learned that be professional even when dealing with the most difficult clients.

Good learning curve

When I joined Milton Resourcing, it was a great company until management changed. There is poor communication between employees and the Manager. The company culture has become intolerable.

Pros: No micro management
