Great learning curve

It was great working with the team. Enjoyed learning new things from the team, for example, learning how to handle objectives and how to deal with negative customers. Enjoyed working with the team because we treated each other with respect.

Great experience

Miniso it's a busy store and there is so much work that must be done on a daily basis, I get along so well with my co-workers as am the easiest person to work with and I've learnt that hard work pays off, I would say the most difficult part about my job is dealling with a difficult customer

Excellent start

It is not bad, only problem I have is it's management and how they tackle problems such inaccurate salaries and communication with its employees. Other than those it was a great place to work for there was unity amongst the staff

Excellent learning curve

I have learnt a lot from this cumpany, how to communicate with your team how to lead a team, customer service on its best,, respect and support, dealing with customers complaints, how to merchandise, till operator. It was a very good journey with this company

There is more room for the company to grow and the fantastic thing is that we always have opportunities and this company is original and has many targets that are attracted to the this store

Miniso lifestyle is an international company based in japan.A company that have 1800 shops all over the continent. A company that has pontetial and giving people jobs.

Setbacks, No life and work balance, Can't further studies whilst working for the company.

I have basically learnt so much from the company due to them always moving me from one store to another but still within the company, I've learned how to manage people of different backgrounds and ages. I have learned how to resolve conflicts between customers and the staff as well. In my first Job I was promoted to be a supervisor withing two months working for the company, in the company I currently work for I was given my own store to run withing a month of employment. I am responsible for a number of things like scheduling my staff accordingly, loss prevention, team building, skills and development, inventory as well.
