The best place for learning.

I started with this company when we opened our doors the first time. I have love working here because they gave me a chance to prove myself, and i did. I learned so much here, not just from my boss but the other employees aswell. The part i enjoyed the most is 100% the fact that no 2 days are the same.

Pros: Learning new things DAILY. Growing with the company and staff members.
Cons: Rude clients because of their own mistakes.

A good learning curve

I've come from a corporate background into a privately owned franchise company. A typical day- is to multi-task, design, answer calls, help customers at the counter, do quotations, work order new in coming jobs, follow up with clients for approval on artwork, print all approved artwork. So a typical day can be chaos at times I have learned a lot about printing Get along with my coworkers, we help each other when one's overloaded It does get challenging most days when having to juggle designing, doing quotes, helping walk-in clients, answering phones and printing our own jobs, it can get chaotic. So that is quite challenging at times But I do enjoy the diversity of the designs I get to do.

Pros: I learned a lot about printing
Cons: No room for growth or promotion

Good product producers

Excellent Marketing Skills Customer Orientated 5-7hours working I've learnt that it takes a good determined and focused person to work a challenging job as designing

Senior Graphic Designer

aGreat company to work for, But not enough room for growth or knowledge expansion, The company has between 50 to 100 staff including designers, Front desk and artwork finishers, We get a 13th cheque or close depending on the performance of the company, I unfortunately was on contract there I am on the job market again and my availability is immediate

Pros: Stable
Cons: no incentives
