Good learning experience

Working at miway has been very educating as well as inspirational under my management and seniors, because I didn't feel just like an employee but as part of a family that has your best interest at heart through our daily responsibilities we were motivated, guided and Inspired to work harder as a unit and on your own, we were taught to tackle situations under all circumstances most importantly I obtained a great attitude towards work and life in general because you are always encouraged to forget about trying your best but to just do what is necessary.

Good company to work for

Advanced career Growth

It lovely working fo I enjoy most of the time ay the company and it was a learning curve environment as I deal with differentr the companyand I working with difficult clients on a daily basis and I grow careerwise and as a person I am grateful to work in an environment like that as it helped me to toughen up and to find myself and my inner self

Great diversity

Contact centre. 14 years experience in claims administrations with outsurance, miway and king price. Pressurised environment that keeps one on their toes at all times and requires multitasking and high level of accuracy as mistakes can not be tolerated

Excellent opportunity to learn.

Great opportunity to learn and grow I have been promoted twice in the year and a half. I have positive work relationships with close coworkers the job is challenging in sense that I deal with different queries on a daily basis
