A necessary learning curve with regards to life cover.

First two months you earn 3500 maximum without being able to control it. And this is one factor that you learn of in due course. It’s life cover, which anyone who has ever worked the life cover sector will tell you its not that easy. So, ja

Cons: Your quality will affect your salary, you can even end up owning the company more than you’ve made for yourself as they do not have a corrective system in place that allows you to fix the error yourself

A typical work day at my previous job was a daily target that needed to be reached worked under a lot of pressure but I handle pressure very well. I am a very friendly and talkative person but very direct. I learnt how to cope in an competitive environment. Speak g to clients and handling objections and achieving the end result. A no client but I am up for a challenge I love no clients because when I convince that client to sign up it gives me more motivation.

Excellent expirience

to work at miwaylife is a great experience of which a insurance is a big challenge for as I did not want to work in such area but I have no doubt about what is being done or has to be done unfortunately the pressure of the insurance company is too much but am greatful that they are lot of things that I have learned like to work in a group and building a relationship amongst us as coworkers.what I enjoyed is the quality assurance sector of which we audit calls

We deal with clients it leke telesales, give knowledge to our clients how the products work and will benefit them, on how to use it and how they should not miss out, most i love talking to talk with my clients learning different things and characters everyday and how to deal with different peoplewho like different things becausr people come on different ways, most i enjoy learning different launguaes and being able to understand mu client, the most difficult aspect is when clients misunderstand you and dont respect your job

It is a learning curve ,that has brought new capabilties,

my day to day work is to bring in new business ,submit invoicing ,compile a tender / request for quotation documents from scratch. make calls to suppliers and clients negotiate prices with suppliers were necessary

Learning curve

The company is a start-up nice environment. I conduct investigations daily to protect the organisation agains fraudulent claims. I conduct fraud awareness campaigns every month to the new recruits. I am so passionate about claims investigations. I provide monthly reports to Exco

Pros: Opportunity are mainly available in sales department

Management team lack interpersonal skills

Working 8 to 7pm with people that act more like school bulies is the one thing that make me want out of this company. The incentives are not that appetizing enough to offset the bad treatment of stuff
