Ensuring that all sites covered, Ensuring that all employees are in sober habit and in full uniform, Ensuring that all employees they performing their duties according to sites and company procedures. Reporting all incidents, reports, deficiencies, employees booking off-sick and reporting their personal reason causing to be upsent. Operating telephone by transferring calls into the right department, typing and dealing with daily paper work, managing mobile company vehicles on sites and collecting opening and closing millage's. making hourly report through base radio, sending all necessary report to management via email. The most challenging times are during pay days because many employees they booking off sick that causing shortage on sites.

Render Labour Relations advisory services in the department · Ensure compliance with and correct application of prescripts relating to dealing with grievances and disciplinary matters · Capturing of grievance and misconduct on PERSAL system and reporting the statistic of overall cases finalise and none finalised. · Facilitate grievances and act as designated officer in terms of grievance rules · Manage discipline, conduct disciplinary investigations · Record hearing proceedings · Prepare memorandums for the appointment of investigating and presiding officers · Assist investigating officers during disciplinary investigations; · Draft precaution suspension documentation; monitor disciplinary cases and reports.
