WE WERE EXPECTED TO DRIVE SALES A ON A DAILY BASIS AND THE MERCHANDISE WAS ON CONSIGNMENT. WE SOLD SOLD INSURANCES TO CUSTOMERS DIRECTLY AND ALSO FIND NEW BUSINESS PROSPECTS

Pros: THE MAIN FOCUS WAS GROWTH AND I LIKED THAT
Cons: WE NEVER HAD A BASIC SALARY BUT YOU COULDN'T TELL THE WAY THINGS WERE HEPPENING VERY GOOD

I LIKED IT BECAUSE WHEN I FIRST STARTED I NEVER NEW I COULD SELL BUT I DID VERY WELL

WE WERE SELLING INSURANCE AND THE MERCHANDISE WAS ON CONSIGNMENT. WE WERE ALSO FINDING NEW BUSINESS PROSPECT ON BEHALF OF EDCON. MY EXPERIENCE THERE WAS VERY GOOD JUDGING THE FACT THAT I NEVER KNEW HOW TO SELL BUT I GOOD THINGS GOING VERY SOONER THAN EVERYONE EXPECTED

I really want to enjoy myself when I'm at work I want to earn a good income.I like having great time with employees and stuff,i don't actually a bad person. I work hard with great intentions. I have learnt that by working together we can do more. Deadlines put me underpressure

Great Experience and growth

It was great opportunity and fair based on working from the bottom end up being on top of the positiom of the company.I really liked work as individual and also on team work all the times manage to teach young people and give them opportunity that was given.It well groomed me personally too.The most challenging was handling difficult clients and also not develop most of the trainees asap.

Cons: Working on weekends mostly sundays

The job was exciting ,I enjoyed to talk with customers, persuade them to purchase our product

I work at mjz for a while I enjoyed every days of my work, taking With customers . my relationship with my co worker was good and I have learned a lot about sales and marketing My challenge was to over turning negative
