I have been working for two weeks at the company
at MK marketing company, we work on commission the more you sign up people the more you get an opportunity to be promoted in terms of salary, each and every application gives you a R50 the more people you sign up the more money you make if you don't sign up anybody you get R00 for that day . the working hours is to long and an employee wont get time to socialize with family and friends the relationship with the co-workers is very good i have learnt to work with excitement and so be happy all the time so that the negative customers can not spoil your day, also learned to work with a great attitude lastly to safeguard my attitude in the field of work i enjoyed the interaction of meeting strangers and developing good relation with the customers the most challenging aspect of the job is transportation from home to the office and from the office to the field
Pros: 2 weeks of excellent results
Cons: 13 hours

Gives opportunity to meet new people daily; however, the pay is very low.
This job connects me with a lot of faces on daily basis, this helps me a lot in learning how to handle people's different personalities. I love working with people, and I enjoy what I do; however, the money I get paid is barely enough to make a living.
Pros: Expands knowledge and experience in working with people
Cons: long working hours and small pay.

Developing Good Communication Skills
- Providing Customers With The Best Service The Store/Business Can Offer. - Developing Good Work Ethics. - Being A Problem Solver. - I And My Co-Workers Treated On Another With Respect And Understanding That The Business Comes First, Not Friendship Or Personal Issues. - What I Enjoyed The Most Was Seeing A Customer Smile After Helping Them. - The Most Challenging Aspect Was Dealing With A Leader Who Only Think For Themselves Rather Than What's Good For The Business.
Pros: Great Opportunity For Growth As An Individual And As A Business
Cons: Long Working Hours And Delayed Payments

Perfect learning curve
A typical day is spent approaching almost R200 customers at retail stores( mostly pick n pay). Well we are basically convinsing people to join store accounts and that's where we get our salary; if you manage to get someone to open their account, once the account is approved you get R100 and R150 if it gets activated. The first 2 weeks are classroom training, which I am in love with! Like there's so much positivity going on during those classes and you get to meet new people. we also have classes every morning from 6:30 am to 08:30am where we get to learn more about the company and then from 9am to 17:45 we are in retails looking for customers. We were working from 6am to 7pm. Besides the fact that there's no money? I've learnt a lot from this company, I've learnt how to interact with customers or people and I've also learnt to work under pressure. I have gained a lot of experience in a lot fields of which I believe will come handy when I get a real job.
Pros: Great experience, excellent communication. positive energy
Cons: long working hours. no money and there's no growth

Excellent working experience
Good working environment with fun people and learning a lot from each other and growing. Even though the workings hours was long sometimes it was worth it. I have learned a lot about interacting with customers on a daily business and how to approach them
Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: Long working hours
