A competent IT support professional with a proven track record

well to be honest my work environment us very toxic, also the management is not up to standard i learnt alot from this company but their practices i do not agree with i enjoy problem solving and always finding solutions to anything and everything. the most challenging aspect of the job is actually that the management will delegate stuff to me that is not in my job description and have to be forcefully doing it so. which i do dislike very much.

Pros: good experience, i guess thats the only thing i feel counts as a pro.
Cons: no growth , long working hours.

I am currently working for ML Technologies in western cape as a Junior Technician. before ML Technologies I have worked at Hollywood bet as an Information Technology intern for 6 months. I am humble, honest, dedicated and passionate toward my clients. I am fast learner and I always give my best to the entire task presented to me. I have skill in good communication, lateral thinking and time management. My duties that I am doing it hardware and software installation and support. Network installation, cabling, configuration and maintenance of the system or troubleshooting problems. I am resolving computer problem. IP CCTV installation, configuration and maintenance.
