My employment journey and the stuff ive learnt over the years
my name is Ncomeka Magudulela im currently working at Mmela Financial Services as the office administrator intern. i started working there on November 2015 and it was my first actual job that i had. from being able to complete tasks on my own and being able to work with a group i must say i have learnt a lot and definitely grown over the past months. working as an administrator as improved my peoples skills and i have grown over my shell and can express myself better then before. working in a good environment like Mmela its really still so unreal that i make sure that the company has every necessity that its need in order to function well. i do the companies groceries,stationery and travels on a daily basis. the most challenging part is getting assigned work in a short period of time and having to push yourself in order to complete them in time. but that has helped in managing my Time management.
Pros: gained alot of experience , was given a chance when i didn't have much to offer.

Awesome People to work with
Where i am currently working we are team of 6. We start work at 07:30am and I either work from my previous leads or send leads i have worked on to my manager and request new leads. I then call my leads and quote and close that client. I have a good relations with all my team members, we have plenty of team buildings that allows us to interact on a personal level, which it makes it easy for us to get a long. Since being at Mmela i have learnt more about the insurance brokerage industry, whereas before i was only exposed to working for the underwriter directly.

Cons: No growth opportunities and very limited earning potential

Good learning curve
the relationship between co-workers is excellent. I have learned how to be patient, to deal with differ characters. I enjoy working with people and my doing my entire job.

Excellent Learning Curve
Excellent company to work for and advance in the ranks. Good salary and benefits. Manageable targets and stress levels. Regulator working hours. Professional and mature colleagues. Approachable management.
