Decision making and creative skills achieved

Mnet is a fast paced environment with different challenges on a daily base. The relationship with other co workers is of utmost importance because the work we do has chain effect we depend on each other to achieve the overall company goals. The growth in the company has taught me a lot about change adaptation,deadlines,creativity, leadership and customer satisfaction. The challenges encountered daily were queries which were no longer a challenge but a learning curve and eye opener on how to deal with customer expectations and to be always ready to be a step ahead with the competition.

Excellent

I am a hard-working individual who believes in excellence and working towards greater goal in business and delivery in any project. Besides my career of 10 years in TV and Digital Media, I participated in a great range of social activities and held roles as a supervisor, executive board member and a pioneer in the digital space. During that period, I lead teams and was also part of teams. I have worked with different businesses in my career local and international. I have acquitted exceptional skills in computer skills that include knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Flash, Photoshop, After Effects and Windows and Mac Platforms.

Working on great projects

Fun Fun and requires creativity. I enjoy meeting people and building relationships, but the very same people can make my job difficult during a crisisrequires creativity. I enjoy meeting people and building relationships, but the very same people can make my job difficult during a crisis

Cons: long working hours and on weekends.
