Relationship with Co workers is very good.What I enjoyed most was multiple tasks at same time.

e company should change its policies to apply to everyone. Skills and development is not properly given to employees Payment rating systems not apply to all races orking conditions and by all races.

Cons: Working on weekends without any overtime

Great teams to work with, everyday is a new experience, never a dull moment, great management team to work with. Form coming form big building companies to learning how to handle smaller projects.

Good communication,work as tearm ,proplem solved.

I will appreciate when I can got this opportunity , I was working as safety officer where 'm ensurering the healthy and safety on site and enforce every subcontractors to comply,I also enjoy to wark different people as Iove people.

Key things to a successful project

Hard work and determination is the key to get a daily production in a construction site. Communication with fellow workers is the key to meeting the targets on the job or assigned task. Always determined to finish what you have started

Pros: Opportunity to learn the job and be confident that you know the job
Cons: Promotions are open to a certain race and gender, Long working hours, very small salary
