Good learning curve

We do technical jobs mostly in serve rooms where we install fire alarms,monitoring systems,data,electrical cabling ect.Sometimes we face new challenges like working on a complete new job that we have never did before ,but we as a team deal with that because we help each other to achieve highest level of compintance in what we do.We travel a lot working in construction sites where we meet different or new kinds of ways to sold problems regarding specific job .Working in my company its nice but salarywise its terrible ,salary its very low as compared to the job we do and also management is not so welcoming they are so rud some of them they don't treat workers equally..but I have learnt so much in terms of skill in various of aspects of jobs yet that comes with tremendous pressure to complete our job ontime
