Great people to work with. There are always lot of opportunities within the company. It has a great hierarchy system. Being able to initiate work by myself. Great working relationship with most of employees and executives.

Salary

Typical day. Good relation with my team. I learnt a lot about construction of roads. I enjoy travelling to construction sites on a monthly base. The challenging part is learning the engineering(civil) jargon especially when compiling the minutes.

Pros: Learning
Cons: Iddling if there are no projects.
