Great exposure to corporate health

Working hete has been great exposure to corporate healyh and fantastic work experience and one is very flexible, but there's not much clinical experience and therr isn't much clinical practice so your clinical knowledge can easily die off.

Pros: Great job for flexibility
Cons: No growth

I give work history focus on my strength ,good communication build relationship turned out to be in comfort zone where I didn't give enough exposure to myself now I realize I can go beyond .what motivate me is working together toward one goal and accomplished the mission.

Great opportunity

My work day includes assisting brokers and branches with nurse appointments and following up on medicals done by nurses and doctors and fast and efficient as posible. I get along well with all my aim is to get the job done and very client focused so assisting each other for the best outcome is my priority Team work as well as individual motivation is key, this includes integrity and diverse cultures Not to be afraid to ask for help, to be open to new ideas and changes. I enjoy a challenge, assisting a problem case and trying my at most best to satisfy the client, I enjoy success. System delays. Brokers expecting the impossible but we still try make a plan.

Pros: Leaders teach. Create a sense of family. Open to new ideas
Cons: No growth within department.
