It is a great company to work for where there is potential growth. Exposed to experts with a diverse culture and where diversity is embraced. It's fast pase environment where there is a lot of pressure. We operate machines, do quality checks and involved in daily safe meetings

Working at Mondi Paper

Typical day would be to attend morning meetings with operational and other engineering disciplines to discuss issues from the previous day. Go to or electronic systems and read the alarm and fault logs which helps in preventative maintenance. I am a good leader and team player. My work environment was very pressurised as it was a 24/7 operation and downtime meant time and money. i enjoyed the fact that no 2 days were the same and there were always new challenges that required one to apply analytical and technical skills.

Pros: Mondi always upgraded its electronic systems which gave me exposure to new technologies.
Cons: Did not get paid for overtime work done

Good company

Its is fun and exciting to work with people of different cultures and views . Makes one learn alot about different people . People here respect each others views .We feel like a big happy family .I have gained alot of experience working with all disciplines at work .I enjoy the team building sessions we have every 6 months. I enjoy the new challenges that one experiences ,makes work more enjoyable .

Great learner who always empower about reading machine manuals and new innovations

I am shift worker covering different departments , interact with different clients of different race groups , enjoy very much to work with them , I learn different cultures different ways of doing task ,discipline good value's.
