Customer satisfaction in an IT environment

At our workplace, we deal with clients on a daily bases. We strive for customer satisfaction and working as a unity with technicians and other various companies we partner with. In the morning i contact clients to make arrangement for technicians to attend. We need to keep customers happy and at the same time be as professional. Best time is in the morning,calling clients to make arragements for attendance. You would come across very nice and welcoming people and that really puts you in a good mood. But the most challenging thing is to call client and advise that technician won't be able to attend as arranged.That Inconvenience the client and in most cases escalations are sent to management. In this case i first need to check that client is willing to wait for another technician to come and attend if it is already late noon. If not, i need to arrange with technician to attend to the client first thing the following day. And make sure that client is satisfied with the arragement.

Pros: - Tought me to be able to handle difficult situations and or clients
Cons: Dealing with escalations/complaints of client due to techicians faults.

I will say its a good company

One good thing about working at Mono is that you gain lots of experience as it has contracted in different companies which are working with different things and also its open for volunteers to give them experience, with good co-workers who are always frustrated by overworking and less paying. for me i am confidence to say i can be a good asset to a different companies through the skills and knowledge i gained from Mono because i believe if you value your employees/ assets why not pay them so that you can always have experienced people not to always train people and struggle on you workload as you will be busy training no experienced people. One thing i have lent is that the skin color still works

Great enviroment

Great enviroment. Friendly staff. Lots of learning for work purposes. Lots of traveling and support for different products and users. Fast paced lifestyle but layback at the same time. Flexability for family.
