Excellent learning experience above all.
I Loved overcoming new challenges and found that I am very hard working. The MMS team is great and I have grown a lot since I started working for them. The best part is that I have learned a lot and gained a lot of experience in what seems to be a short amount of time. My co-workers are very easy to get along with and helpful when help is required. I love this company but unfortunately life gets difficult and I cannot survive on a basic salary. The most challenging part of my job was the telesales at one point. People did not have time for phone calls but I learned to build a relationship telephonically with customers I called frequently. I love working for Monteagle merchandising services (MMS) KZN branch for many reasons and I would not apply for any other work if it was not for my salary rate, but I need to survive.
Pros: Great co-workers and awesome learning curve.
