A good organiser, has very good planning and control skills, pays attention to detail.

Ensforcement of company polices, both on employer and employees Liaison with relevant stakeholders, both internal and external on issues affecting human resources.

Good administrator, able to do payroll, PAYE, performance management, change agent.

Moses is a dynamic and flexible yet firm and responsible Human resources and Industrial relation professional who is very dedicated to his work, and is interested in the international market. A good organiser, has very good planning and control skills, pays attention to detail. He bases his work mostly on innovation, planning, organising, leading and controlling/evaluating. His passion is also in the achievement of objectives that were planned for, sticking strictly to time frames, sticking to policy but being flexible enough to embrace positive change. Having a passion for people management and development is his biggest advantage.
