Great environment for personal development

Working at Morpho is pleasant if you want to develop yourself. Once management has given you a task, you need to independently ensure your task is completed. You need to ensure you get the buy-in from colleagues, so that they can support you and hence great interpersonal skills is a necessity. I have a very good working relationship with my colleagues, my job entails me to constantly get information and support from others, so I have learnt to build and maintain relationships. I have learnt to be a self-starter and to self manage myself as we all report to the Managing Director, who is busy, and he relies on everyone to pull their weight, or speak up if they need assistance. I really enjoy the independence of the job. This allows for innovative problem solving, and to pace oneself to ensure your tasks are completed well.

Pros: Great opportunity for personal growth - study and being thrown in challenging situations
Cons: Small company, so limited career growth
