I'm independent who like face to face marketing contact and presentation. I'm committed to upholding high level work ethics and adding value to the organisation. Being part of a team is crucial and exchanging learning experience with fellow co-workers. Making connection with potential clients and maintaining the relationship to nurture current and future gains. Team building exercise with colleagues or clients often bring relief to the business challenges and reaffirm once existence and survival. I'm working for a small family business and internal family succession battles to who will take over from the chairperson who's the founder of the business and this creates uncertainty and doubts on the future of the business.

Pros: I have been exposed to new markets and products adding value to my brand
Cons: Internal family squabbles often spill over in the open

Leadership quality

Everyday is a school day, we get lots of customers with different problems. I learned to listen and assess what the member needs, I enjoy to interact with the members. Challenging part is when people tell you how to do your work but they are the ones who need help. I know how to take control of a situation even if I am no incharge.

Pros: I get to go home at 4
Cons: No room for promotion.

Great learning curve

Moso consulting services is a small to medium black owned family business. The business is a brokerage company. The company's primarily operates in Healthcare services and provides short term and long term value added financial services. The company is contracted with major medical aids companies and provide excellent services to its client through experienced consultants and the consultants go all out to meet the clients needs. At Moso consulting we are all family and we believe in team work and supporting one another.

Pros: Good opportunity to learn
Cons: Lot of travelling

Learn new things

Working is here is fun and stressful at the same time. We assist members with medical queries which can give you a heart attack in an emergency. My team members are great and we learn a lot from each other on a daily bases. The most challenging part is when a member does not understand a negative feedback from the scheme. But the members are fun and most of the time and easy to assist.

Pros: Great work experience
Cons: No great for promotions
