I work The conditions are conducive and I love working there and I do not have any problems being there but sometimes one needs to take decisions that are unpopular for one's career development like looking for employment opportunities outside of one's comfort zone. Like applying for this post. It is a form of development and change. Remember the only thing that is constant is change and it is inevitable.
