Growing as a person and learn more

I will like to grow as a person and do my work with the help of the senior management. But as this point in my company it looks like no one cares about the job. And whenever I do something I do it to the best of my ability, and I cannot run a company on my own.

Fast learner if you teach me like new program. And other staff

Mhlana Vuyiseka age of 33 living with disability .And also am using crutches and am willing to be your part of your company to contribute to my knowledge and gain from you.I have abtain diploma in Building (quantity surveyor and Construction management).for know I have an experience about 3-5years.

Pros: Looking for opportunities

A great learning curve.

Excellent learning curve.it is not career related to what I studied but it is helping me to gain experience and to explore other career paths.when I started I knew nothing about construction but now I am a proffessional.the most challenging part is controlling workers and making sure they are all happy.my relationship with other workers is great because I always listen to them and we communicate alot.I am their leader not their boss.

Pros: Great opportunity to know more about construction.
Cons: Having to satisfy all the workers.

Ensure Imlicit and Explicit risk management are implemented

Identify source of overall project risk, typical risk identification and the range of uncertainty considering worst case scenario , best case and expected case. Set clear safety plans and objectives and deliver company commitment through continuous improvement.

Pros: Ensure SHE way elements compliant, leadership
Cons: More than 70 hours a week excluding weekends
