Passionate about what I do in the filed of Finance.
My day to day are mainly focused on approvals of financial transaction, weekly payments and preparation of financial reports for various donors. Cash flow analysis, attend meetings with project managers to discuss expenditure analysis and project updates. I manage a team of six, where I would have weekly check-in to discuss weekly tasks. What i enjoy about my job is the fact that it constantly test my capabilities and great exposure to aspects outside my scope of work. I have good working relationship with my co-workers, they always reach out to me to their work relates issues and even on personal level. I enjoy doing my working not only because am good at it but also because of the impact I contribute to the projects we implement in our communities.
Pros: Great opputunity for growing in my role and being able to take bigger challenges.

International NGO's are very challenging
- I enjoy having Flexible working hours. It allows me to manage my personal commitments and work commitments without any challenges. - Challenging funding environment - Create your own scope mostly - A typical work day starts at 9am and ends at 7pm - Relationship with co-workers is good. It can also be challenging at times with all the international staff at Head Office with different expectations - I have learned to be principled in applying HR solutions and to understand the business enough to know when to be flexible and to what degree without compromising the HR policies - -

Excellent learning curve
It was a great experience, get to work with reactive women and see them helping pregnant women to prevent mother to child HIV transmission was very fulfilling.
Pros: Chance to contribute in the elimination of HIV.

Good interpersonal and communication skill and excellent clients service
Have sound and understanding of batho pele principles,Ability to adapt easily to new concept and responsibilities to meet the changing demands of the work enviroment.Ability to cope and work under pressure in order to overcome challanges and or meet deadline
Pros: Long service award in apprrciation of loyal and dedicatied service
Cons: Working over the weekends, also travelling and sleep over for months

Excellent
Great organization. The typical work day is fully loaded, with many tasks and integrated tasks within the team. Working with 3 offices, HQ in CPT and regional office in PTA has been an amazing task as well. My relationship with my co-workers has been amazing and a wonderful experience, I have learnt a lot in terms of clinical terms and project management including finance from them. I enjoy analyzing and visualizing data to everyone like a champion. The most challenging part is not meeting deadlines on-time, working long extra hours.

Excellent Learning and growth opportunities
my typical work day is from 8-4 but sometimes I am required to work overtime..I assist in recruitment, remuneration, Systems and benefits ,Employee wellness, Industrial relations and HR adhoc

Excellent working environmnet
i had good relationship with my co-workers and i have learned a lot in the organisation such as different functions in HR and communications skills. In 2015 I graduated with a Bachelors Technology in Human Resources from Cape Peninsula University of Technology. I am currently completing my internship at Mothers2Mothers where I have developed experience in Recruitment, Remuneration, Learning and development, Employee wellness, Systems & Benefits, Industrial Relations and administration work. I am a reliable, well-organized, enthusiastic and disciplined HR professional and I can make a significant contribution in the organisation.
