Good learning opportunity

A typical working day involves solving ever occurring quality related issues. Having to balance non-conformities and fast passed production expectations and output. The relationship with my co-workers is good as they look upon me for leadership and guidance. I have learnt to manage and provide leadership to a large number of people with varying beliefs and personal attributes. I enjoy when I see all personnel having the confidence to perform their daily duties. The most challenging aspect of the job id that its fast passed and results are expected almost immediately.

Great opportunity to start off as a QA manager. It's challenging.

This place supplies a big retail chain and therefore quality standards need to be kept quite high. The work is quite labour intensive and much training is being done as the majority of the people lack an educational background so it isn't easy for them to grasp the importance of principles such as HACCP.

Pros: It's near home.
Cons: Lack of control on some raw material as all vegetables are natural , some defects are very hard to control.
