current job entails training and development of pulp mill staff, good relationship with co-workers. I ve learnt that people's development needs are different and motivated by different aspects. i enjoy interacting with employees during training and development sessions. most challenging aspect is getting employees and employers on the same page regarding training and development of individual while striving to attain organisation goals.
