Ready for next fase in my life

I love working at my current job. My co-workers and I are like family. Senior management are very helpful and you can approach any of them for help. I have gained much in depth knowledge of production and packaging. Most challenging of my job is the amount of different personalities that you have to manage on a daily basis.

Pros: Oppertunity for growth in different environment
Cons: People don't move thus not realy oppurtunity for promotion

Excellent learning experience

Mpact is the most welcoming organization with the ability to grow individuals if u push urself to that level, There's a lot to learn from the production process and from other co-workers as well, I have learned a lot from it since my arrival at MPACT If only the management can practice fearness, when selecting skill to develop

Pros: Great opportunity to learn more about the manufacturing process
Cons: Long working hours
