One can prove that by verifying the number of their employees years in the company. MRTT is the trusted institution by Mpumalanga Government in skilling the unskilled people through leanerrships & skilled programs, as well with all construction related functions. MRTT is currently running CRDP, NYS and EPWP programs on behalf of Mpumalanga government.

Manager Mobile Training

I am managing projects from implementation stage to the review stage. I think I am doing quite well as I am currently acting as the General Manager. I relate very well with my coalegues and have a good working relationship with them though I am firm when coming to decisions making and adherence to company processes. I have learnt a lot through my career progression from being a Teacher, a Principal of the school and further to Managing mobile training. I have exposure working with government entities like DoE and Department of Public Works and Municipalities. My current employer has also exposed me to managing projects. Well, I enjoy leading my team in a way that they can achieve the skills and experience I acquired. Managing people is challenging but I am coping with my management style.

Pros: I am currently acting as the General Manager Operations for the Unit
Cons: As a Manager I spent most of my time at work

An easy to learn candidate. Pay attention to detail to my work. Can work under pressure.

Pride myself in preparing audit trail. Good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. I enjoy negotiating price & best contracts deals with external vendors. I am a good team player in the whole supply chain process.

Training institution that is government funded. biggest career for me in training.

We work an office 8 hour day which consists of training learners in class and practical outlets in the hotel. The hotel school side of the company has an operational hotel. most employees have a diploma as a minimum qualification and is affiliated with a seta a qualified assessor or moderator. We work on systems that are in line with the ETDP.I learnt, coaching, mentoring ans supporting of learners and colleagues. i enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and interacting with characters that are different from mine.

Pros: no work on weekends, public holidays
Cons: taking work home to balance

Accounting systems

good relationship with workers capturing about 1000 payments per month assisting creditors clerk paying suppliers invoices every month you start afresh for paying stipends you check each attendant registers i have learn how to record on sage pastel the is more work politicis people are paid via the relationship with their managers

Hard worker

Dedicated, team player, loyal and always ready to learn. I have been an administrator for more than 12 years. I'm a hard worker. I'm available to start work as soon as possible. Currently I'm not employed.
