I've learned a lot of things with in the company .
Everyday is a new day and I deal with dif8ferent people on a daily basis and it's really great cause I meet me people and assist them and make sure that they go out of the store happy, there's nothing that makes me happy when a customer is happy,there's customers who complain and sometimes are unreasonable but I help them without any problems. My relationship with my colleagues is great cause we get Long and they know what's expected of them and I respect them and they respect me back. The most challenging aspect are when customers complain or are not happy with the product they bought and come in the store angry and also shop lifters and festive season busyness and dealing with a lot of people all day long .
Pros: its difficult to get a promotion.
Cons: working on public holidays and Sundays can be a con but I got used to the working hour shifts
