I’m a fast learner

I’m a career driven person and work well with my fellow employees. I would say a perfect work day for myself is when as a team we reach our targets/ goals for the work . I started working in the civil construction industry at a young age and I never stopped learning for other people, I love a challenge and wil never give up or slag in my work , my most challenging aspect in the work area is that I only accept the best and nothing less

Cons: I want things done my way

Bad experience

The work wasn't complicated, but due to poor management that did't supply matrials when and where required and did't pay on time it cost me a lot of wasted time to complete the work as well as people who just want to strike

Pros: Good team the other foreman
Cons: Orders not on time and poor work force
