A great room for improvement and the oppotunity to become ontop of my game.

Interacting with my staff from morning meetings taking everyone's opinions in considiration insures a productive day ahead. Stock counts and merchandsing on a daily basis as well as assisting till supervisor. I dealth with customer complaints and building relationships with them via online shopping /e-commerce emailing and on floor interacting. Accounts and Health and safety precortions including daily alarm testing fire alarm testing was my responsibility. Administration and Auditing was mine to check and submit weekly to my Am. My main believe is to build a good relationship with my staff by having team buildings and rewarding them for a job well done as well as presenting good customer service rewards. To me their is no manager in a store but their is a very good team leader who leads by example. I would really like to become a passionate and valued member of your team if given an oppotunity.

Pros: I am a very hardworking passionate person who always puts in 100%t every task given at hand and willing to take on every chalange given to me.
Cons: I have worked hand in hand with my Am suporting her through stocktaks sometimes from 8am till 4am the next day as well as overtime when it comes to store visits.

Nice learning curve

Well it's a good company it's just the Store Manager is an autocratic leader who hides info from employees plus most employees come to work because they need the Money not because their passionate about work
