Excelent learning curve

Its a good company indeed challenging i learned a lot from the company and they made me a strong and ambitious person. We work flexible hours which help to further studies. We get incentives as a motivation.

Pros: I work few hours a day

Working at Mrpmoney is educational and also requires patience.

Working at Mrpmoney gave me the experience to work slot with customers and dealing with different personalities. It was my second customer service experience but I also got to do a lot of admin work which meant I have to multitask a lot,queries dealt with did not only come telephonically but also through emails and messages which meant that I had to apply to the pressure.

Pros: The experience and the working environment was homely
Cons: Management was not quite fair

Great for getting work experience

I have enjoyed the time spent but there is little room for growth. Corporate culture and ethics need a lot of improvement. I am working a 2 to 8 shift which makes it difficult for family time. I only get home at 10 pm.

Pros: stable job
Cons: its hard to get promotion

Yes it is a learning curve.

I have a good relationship with my co-worker cause we always give each other advice. I have learnt how to be a dept collector something I never thought I'd be able to do. I enjoy the system cause its very simply I don't waste time when rapping up a call. The most challenging aspect is getting the customer to pay off their arrears especially when its a high amount.

Pros: No opportunities for growth its just incentives that have a great opportunity.
Cons: The hours are fine they are manageable.
