Work for MSA has been great because it taught me ways to deal with different peoples and respecting their different culture. MSA has given me an experience, What I enjoy the most is that at MSA we had team leaders that would support us through out work and not only that but also give us emotional support and that help me a lot because am very emotional about my work.

Working for MSA has been a great experience and it has shown me the importance of customer satisfaction of needs. MSA has a strong leadership team that supported us and gave us direction of what has to be done not only that but they were very supportive even emotional as am very emotional about my work.

Excellent learning curve

I call clients and inform them that their application for debt review has been approved and ask them to provide me with their email addresses or WhatsApp. No or fax no so that o can send them their ddocuments to sign and do follow up on the clients that hasn't returned their documents I have a good relationship with my co workers It has tought me how to be patient and polite i enjoyed helping the clients with queries Most challenging is when a client thinks MSA is a scam and i will have to explain that its not

Excellent learning curve

I am a people's person I go along very well with my co-workers. I have learnt that If you value the job you have been hired to do the company will treat you well. I enjoy being around the people I work with we make a good team. The most challengin aspects of the job is when the management does not look into the problems hindering my work.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion I have been promoted twice in the company
Cons: We start working very early

Efficient and very focused is how I can describe myself. My exceptional skills in Office Administration and Microsoft office means im always at the forefront to solve and find quick solutions at the same time keeping my mind open to learning new ideas and ways to keep up with the modern business world. I see myself employed by any company that is willing to give me the experience that i need for future purposes, so that I can share the knowledge and the skills that I have acquired with other people. I am a energetic, innovative individual with high standard and i am prepared to go an extra mile.

Pros: Definitely want to grow in the company.
Cons: Extra hours if needed.

Average learning curve

Its a nice place to work staff is friendly management however is a bit harse and earnings is based on how many sales you make and if you dont make any or less then average you instantly dismissed

Here was a lot of growth available and a great opportunity to be exposed to various business sectors

It has very convenient hours and there are various personalities. Also it is a vibrant space to work in. Deadlines and targets are a big issue as they believe that a successful business needs to be target driven. We are a majority of women working there so everyone does not always get along for obvious reasons. I enjoy working at MSA as i have watched everyone grow as well as the company.

Pros: short working hours
Cons: low pay rates

NO FAIR TREATMENT IN THE WORK PLACE

YOU END UP DOING MORE THAN ONE PERSONS WORK AND WARNINGS ARE GIVEN FOR LITTLE THINGS.NO ONE IS REALLY NOTICED FOR WHATS THEY PUT IN OR THEIR WORK LOAD PER DAY

Great working experience

Working for Marketing south Africa is one of the opportunities that I will forever be great for. It gave me a chance to explore the other side of sales, of which is internal sales marketing, where one gets to talk with the prospective clients through telephones, emails. Working environment and my colleagues give inspiration and aspirations, the colleagues bring out the best in me because we always motivate each other to do well, and that in my opinion bring the innovations for the company. It is one of the most essentials that work colleagues to be compatible at all times so that the company can be a very good conducive working environment.

Pros: The advantages of working for sales company is that you get commission for your great work
Cons: The disadvantage is that the months salary is not fixed
