Summary about my self at work

am working at a company with few wmployee with no chance if promotion. working with client its the best as we keep learning on our daily basis and learning new things fast as each client come with his or her problem for us to consult. i enjoy dealing with IT problems at my workplace as am realy good at. and am willing to learn more regard technology at workplace. what i have learn is that, meeting its important n it give others chance to share challange that we are facing and learn to work as a team. i learn to be a leader in a small group of people as it give me great chance to working as leader in future thats my goal an am willing to learn to any department in the company and willing to learn. .

Excellent learning curve

My goal is to provide the optimum blend of involvement and enjoyment with teams as they will build my experience. I’m a person who work on Software Projects and pick up on many of the aspects of software delivery that are not specifically programming: such as (but not limited to) analysis phase, project monitoring, reporting to clients and management on progress, checking for completeness and accuracy, training and documentation.

Cons: Long hours of work

Good working environment.

It is a nice working environment where I do the usual teaching routine, making sure I educate the students professionally. It is a company that struggles in its marketing section. It has a too good reputation, so it helps employees to have a quality of being professional and live up to the set standards.

Pros: Promotes self development
Cons: Long unpaid overtime
