8 month contracts working 11 hours a day 7 days a week

8 month contracts working 11 hours a day 7 days a week. Many long days serving guests from the moment you wake up until the moment you fall alseep. I was in charge of the VIP bar doing daily stock take and request various things needed in the bar. The guests all had a unlimited drinks package and the capacity of the bar was 250 guests. Life on board was tough. Being back on land now, I would love to find a job within the same industry.

My time at MSC

I enjoy all my time at my company, i am a stock clerk, i am studying at the same time, i work with alot of different computer systems SAP, stock systems,excel, word, PowerPoint, outlook etc, i love the people i work with, everyones kind and sweet to me even though im the youngest, most challenging time is during month end, but thats the time i love most, because

My first job.... good learning experience

I have worked at MSC for the past five years and I have a degree in Accounting. Working and studying has not only taught me about the working world but has taught me how deal with people and various difficult situations. I have also learnt a lot about myself, my strengths and weaknesses and has made me realize my own capabilities.

Excellent

Work day is very nice because of tight communication We are like family even we eat dinner together Communication is the most important thing to do if you are not feeling comfartable Working , watching movies and soccer Language barriers do take place

A DAY IN SHIPPING

the shipping industry is one of the most toughest today. Strong characteristics and leadership qualities are required for you to succeed in this industry. It is stressful and at times can be draining due to the long hours, but it gives you the opportunity to broaden your skills, become stronger individually, allows you to think on your feet.

Excellent in learning

To work with people of deferent culture iiits very nice. You learn a lot about communicating with people of deferent culture. Although some times you feel lonely but that what builds you up, and knowing your why.
