Excellent learning curve.

As I have mentioned the company I am currently working at is a emerging company obviously with a shortage of skilled people that makes my work more difficult as I need to monitor and teach people lot of things, however my relationship with my colleagues is very great.

Pros: Yes they are great opportunities for promotions.
Cons: Not always unlees there is a need for overtime

Excellent Training Expirience

As i'm an intern at MSF currently leaning about all the administrative duties that a company needs to make it successful. I've been learning how to work on Sage and how to manage the admin and finance office according to office regulations. My co-workers are helpful and accommodating I've learned so much from them as this was the first Job working in the admin office.

Pros: great learning expirience
Cons: over working sometimes
