Excellent learning for junior toolmakers

the process thats being done are world class standards in regards to manufacturing side. the ownership of the company is not run up to south african standards due to the fact that its originated in india, the policy that they have in place isnt very good. Mssl global rsa is one of the leading manufacturing automotive plastic industry to toyoya. every typical day are breakdown which is a challenge I enjoy. im a play maker, teamleader, good communicational skill and understanding with my fellow co-workers. from my time at the company I have learnt a lot of different types of mould designs. I enjoy most development, repairs, designing, improvement and manufacturing of moulds. when theres a breakdown of a mould, for some circumstances the mould designs are incorrect and initiate the mould design to management for it to work.

Pros: room for improvement to go the management level
Cons: long working hours

Technical knowledge and analytical kills

In five and half years working for the manufacturing industry, I have developed the strong technical skills and necessary attributes. Beyond Quality Management System skills that I have demonstrated and proven through a successful track record, I offer excellent communication skills, technical knowledge and analytical skills. What’s more, I am a hard worker, team leader/player.

Broaden my knowledge within Industrial Engineering sphere.

Ngwako is an effective and persistent problem solver able to capitalize on outstanding communication, networking, and teamwork skills. Things that i have learnt: - How to construct Bill of material - Layout design and implementation - Material Localization to optimize cost - How to handle exception reports from customers What i enjoy doing most is to ensure that my work is been done on time. The most challenging aspects of the job is when you have to perform the job with less information.

Excellent machine operator

Professionally, my career development spans over (4) years in automotive industry being in both entry level and skilled development as I have knowledge of equipment and machinery used in operating process. Some of these specifically include safe systems of work and risk assessments .i work with maximum efficiency and always pays attention to detail. I can also take instructions and follow working diagrams and plans. i have excellent problem solving skills and can communicate effectively where customers are involve in the operators process(e.g. checkout operator).I m a valuable member of any team with excellent time keeping skills and also able to keep records relating to operational process and track maintenance requirement for any equipment and machinery under own control.

Cons: Long hours of 45 hours per week
