A great organisational culture and dynamic with a good training programme for employees.

Great Culture. Full of young and vibrant individuals. Learnt a lot through the rich training programmes they offer. Enjoy the dynamic culture and relationships that we have we other operations from other countries. It is though difficult and take long for one to get promoted and management do not recognize their best talent.

Good clientele experience

Working with the MTN group was one of my best years in terms of work experience I learnt lot in customer service and customer interaction what I liked was that fact I knew I woke up everyday to provide help/assistant to those that want assistant and that completes that came after made my day on a daily.if I were to look at the most chanllenging about my work place it had to be the call volume which I hendle pretty.

I have a year sales experience and 7 years call centre experience and studied public relations.

During my tenure as a sales person I was able to get clients like audi, corolla and standard bank to do business with us. During my time at mbd credit solutions I got an opportunity to be a team leader of a team and manage them.
