have 21 years working experience, 7 years in Absa Bank and 14 years in a Payroll environment in the Public and Private sector and been involved on a Management Programme-training as a Payroll Manager in MTN SA.Am the Payroll Supervisor in MTN Management Group(Shared Service Hub) and have also done training for First Time Leaders-Supervisor with MTN Academy. Have completed a Certificate in Marketing Management from RAU, holds a Diploma in Payroll Management and a Certificate in Bookkeeping, currently busy with the Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management with Regenesys Business School. Am confident, independent and organised with very good managerial skills, problem solving and analytical skills. Acting as SSH Payroll Manager/Recruitment and Separation and Employee Operations Manager is on Leave. Currently Project Lead:Botswana,Kenya and Namibia Payrolls and Supervisor for Employee Operations, Recruitment and Separation and Payroll Division

• Ensure that all goods issued have been processed for all deliveries. • All proof of delivery notes has been checked and accounted for. • Check and sign off missing and unsigned invoices register daily. • Check that no deliveries have been post goods issues without shipments. • Ensure that the invoice have been checked against the POD before delivery. • Follow up in all stores the in transit shipment not received.
