It was a great expirience to work for MTN and i learned so many things.

We always work as a team,if thereare customer quiries our Manager helped us a lot,working with my team has taught me to be patient and work hard.I have learnt to be most selling Consultant and be passionate about my job.I enjoy working because i make money.The only challenge that i had was when i had a customer complaint and i didnyt know what to do because my Manager was absent,so i had to call my EXEC to solve my problem.

Pros: I want to grow in the company
Cons: I can work night shift and day shift no problem

Great company to work for but not the best

They definitely know the worth of their staff and that's seen in remuneration, but the voices of people that are at the bottom, the people that bring in and maintain the main source of income should be heard louder at the top. Growth doesn't occur with what you know but who you know. Overall my experience here is worth while!

Pros: You learn a lot not just about MTN but everyone and everything all around you from giving a helping hand to those in need, to maintenance of big corporations and there's needs and wants.
Cons: Not enough family time if you're in sales and store bound.

Excellent working experience

Am working as a technical installation personnel an a driver but my mind thinking of working with a telecommunication company because it's what am best at.

Excellent team player

Good listener, good ploble solver an excellent member to work with . Ability to work under pleasure, a good commiunicator, a good personal. It will be a good privilege to work to your company and I'm willing to learner and gain more knowledge to your company.

Great experience

Its a day to day work dealing with customers face to face. What i love about this job is you deal with different personality from different people, one customer may come angry and your next customer may be a very sweet person. As a consultant you have to adapt and change personality according to each customer. I have learnt a lot in this company as i started as a sales consultant and current im an Assistant Manager running to be a store Manager. I was even awarded a Certificate from the company for my performance. Had great relationship with my colleagues.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn how to communicate with people.
Cons: Retail hours
