Very interesting companies, learn a lot about roadmarking and signs. A very competitive business. Not mutch space to grow as individual and not always secure of a future as all work is on contract base, and no benefits. Very long hours but a typical work day.

I have learned a lot at Mukhari company and I know the job very well

We worked at Mukhari because we needed to survive but the treatment was very bad and we were working under pressure they didn't care about our safety all they wanted was just to do production only I got an accident at that company and they didn't pay me to show that they didn't care about what happened to me

Pros: There was no opportunity for promotion when your a black person only white people were getting promoted
Cons: Yes
