Good networking

I work 8 hours per day and one weekend per month, which means I work saturday and sunday 8 hours, and get two days off during the week. I have a good relationship with my co workers. I have learnt a lot about my co workers different cultures and I enjoy the vharity work thay we normally do. The most challenging aspect is the uncomfortable sitting positions.

Great learning and growth experience

I got exposed to multiple culture working in the Fintech space, being a African cross border money transfer company, there was a lot of interaction with people from different countries (Malawi, Zimbabwe, Congo etc.) which made for rich learning and relationships. I enjoyed the multiple perspectives that helped build the messaging targeted at specific audiences.

The befor. Lack of growth only is the problemst compa. Most times the management is not educated enough to lead a team of workers. ny ton But overally its a very good company with work and life balancework

Great working experience

I am happy with the current company, wonderful culture. My only concern is that my role is not challenging. I have less responsibilities that I should for a Senior Bookkeeper role, this will affect my future working experience. My previous working place had more roles even though it was for lower level title.
