Great exposure to buisness transformation and change management

I have experienced significant exposure to a changing environment, business innovation and unbundling exposure. My referees will attest to the great leaders and team player I am and have a passion for my career in the past 16 years in the HR environment. My knowledge and learning increased in OE and change management in the past year and being part of multi faceted environment that is restructuring towards the unbundling process.

Great learning curve, exposure to different environments, travel across africa

A great learning curve having to manage projects from a been siness analysis point of view across social media and voice CX as well as across 13 African countries. Fast paced environment. Quick thinking, meticulous planning required each day and to keep track of all projects.

Pros: Travel opportunities, great learning curve, exposure to many products
Cons: Long hours away from Tamil

Great place to work

I worked as a temporary employee for 6 years which was the downside about the company then I got converted to perm, great company to work for with excellent employee benefits

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Shift work takes most of your time
