Good company to work for

First thing I do when I get to I send my daily reports ,check stock balance and place and order for stock if I see that we don't have enough for days to come I issue sales and swaps for customers how come to buy or swap fault devices and I last before I go home I send sales and swaps report for to the day

I am a very passionate young lady who would like to grow in a company and eager to learn new things in different environments. I am also a mother and love to set a good example to my child. it can be a pleasure to join the team and express my skills for the company.

Excellent learning curve

Working at multichoice for the past 5 years has been eventful and a huge learning experience for me about the company and customer service. I have no complaints as to work for the company as it was a nice experience I had. But it is difficult to work yourself up within the company and becoming better and the work you do and to learn new things and getting new qualifications as such I have decided to look for new work where I can work myself up within the company and grow

Excellent learning curve

Provided good experience on great customer service and telephone communication including great computer skills.I have more than 6 years in the call centre industry meaning i can gel well with people and can adhere and very reliable.i have learnt a client is always right and to always build great rapport with a client and always try to picture you in the clients shoes
