Working and lison with the big guns in the industry is what energisies me and keep me mortivated

I have a good communication skills thus I have a good relationship with my co-workers which is the most important part of it all because it creates a healthy and conducive working environment and also learning each others culture. I have learnt that each and every person is very important in his or her duty and I enjoy being kept on my toes though that's a challenge but it makes me always looking forward to go work and face those challenges eg I know every morning I have to submit the work in progress to my manager, and all the invoices to be submitted to the client on time

Pros: it has built and groomed me to be the person i have became today , gave me the opportunity to be inline with what is required of me to do and be in the industry at large
Cons: being outsite when its very hot howver, its the nature of the industry

Driver

It was great to work at that company. I learned a lot of things to their Employees. Team work, friendship, communication with different types of people. If you willing to learn something new they assist you. They show me Ubuntu. We were respect each other all times.

Fleet manager of 100 vehicles

Good afternoon A typical day. In morning 1.go through ctrack to monitor any unauthorized use and speeding of company vehicles 2.go throught check sheets of drivers regarding vehicles 3.monitor fuel useage and km travelled. 4.check driver license and pdp expiring dates. 5.arrage driver traing and testing. 6.liase and manage repairs on vehicles. Worked with +- 200 people personally of all age ,race and sex Most challenging of my job not having support of site managers and managment regarding discipline of drivers for use and looking after company vehicles.

Pros: Great place to learn and implement new things
Cons: No or little management support
