How to read customers and colleagues
Meeting new customers every day,colleagues are like family we get along with everyone at work. I enjoy the challenges I get everyday I come to work I don’t do the same thing and deal with the same customers . Most challenging this is when you get a difficult customer that just googled everything and think they know it all and now when you tell them about reality it is like you lying or making them feel stupid.
Pros: Great environment to work

Good learning opportunity
Get to work independently which is great. However,too much of a workload for just 2 Service Advisors. Long working hours and very unrealistic incentive scheme. Great opportunity to work for a Multifranchise,as you are exposed to various brands. However,the workload is heavy and unrealistic expectations are set for Service Advisors.
