Target Driven and Achiever

Report hour before to touch base with production lines. Meeting with co-workers every morning at 08:00. Attend thereafter management meetings. Close relationship with planning section. Strong discipline are of work portrayed at all times and expected from co-workers. Daily inspection of working area to ensure cleanliness. Open door policy towards co-workers. Motivate co-workers and ensure they understand what is expected of them. Strong control on waste management. Target exceeder with team.

Pros: Opportunity to Study Further. Opportunity of growth.
Cons: No overtime and extra perks.
