Mould Superintendent

My daily schedule involves the following, I work on JDE to add press numbers to our works orders and make sure that the moulds are good for production. I design mould inserts when needed. I have 10 years of experience in production.

Pros: Good opportunity for growth. Steady company.
Cons: Hard Physical work

Motivated and very punctual

My typical workday starts with planning, so i can work efficiently. My relationship with co workers is always positive and can work with all race's Ive learned a lot threw the rubber industry, about rubber, moulding, moulds even installing of the products at various mines in africa and south africa I enjoyed doing mould settings. Refurbishing of moulds. Also love the installation part, where i love to work with deferent people and learn them and their skills Challenging aspects, im not to old to learn, and love a new challenge
