Very entertaining and sales developing
was the most fun work ever working at Musica.though the at sometime working hours was very long but i enjoyed it.was working as a normal customer assistant for less than 12 months and found myself being second in charge in my working environment was a big achievement .working long hours and always willing to put the Company first.best al all i had a good working relationship with my co workers and support. Always felt good seeing customer's walked out the store with a big smile on their faces. I'VE learned that a happy customer is always a regular customer..and that good services is very important. I believe that if a company is willing to put someone in charge of a store..that person should get full support and right training to be able to ta the Company to new heights. If i had more support i believe that id do even better in my working environment.

Excellent self driven
Working for musica was very interesting it was challenging, it has taught me a lot of thing like to get along with a lot of people,being self motives. I was getting a long with my colleagues and the customers as well. I am a very hard working person. Things I used to do: I used to receive a stock and capture it into the computer, I used to do paper work,worked on a till assisting customers on the floor. I did all this not because I've got certificates ,it because I've got that passion of learning things. I really enjoyed being around in different people learning new things in life.
Pros: great opportunity of improving myself

Excellent learning curve in retail industry.
Everyday coming to worcome s more or less the same. In that times it is busy and times not so. I enjoy what i do, as I know I am good at what i do but i don't get that much exposure to grow. I have been given opportunities but that doesn't forward In progress. I have been given an opportunity to be trained, but that too has stopped as myself and manager at times don't see eye to eye. At times I do feel like an outcast. My other co-workers and self get along. I have been in the company for 4 Years and nothing has come from it makes me feel demotivated. I have though learnt so much, about people and work ethic. Knowing that if you do something with passion and really enjoy it, you get satisfaction from it. Challenging aspects is having to combat issues like downloading and pirated materials which effect the business as we hold stock of what people download. I enjoy Musica and working for them, but i need something more and fulfilling.
Pros: there are opportunities for growth.
Cons: the pay is not that good, and growth is not really promised.

Management skills,administration,direct store deliverys
Management skills meeting daily targets,opening and closing store,managing a team,dealing with customer complaints and compliments,dealing with buyers. Cashing up cashiers and completing daily banking Administration completing daily paperwork direct store deliveries checking in daily stock,capturing stock onto system,dealing with suppliers for any queries.
