learned to be patient with my co-worker,open to new challenge,team player the challenges that i have face is that i'm too friendly so my co-workers take advantage of that i help them but they don't help me in return unless is beneficial for them. i have learned to be strong and not let other people's behaviours get better of me. positive thinker,open minded,learn other people's job at my own space. Problem solver
I enjoy working with my colleges because we have a team spirit . I am given a task to assign jobs to technician and to close completed jobs Always ask if there is something I do not understand and needs details in order to understand how it works. Make sure that everyday I reach my targets,very good in fault finding and I am a problem solver I have learned to repair computers,ups and tablets because I had no idea how to fix them before ,because I believe that I have to know every product we selling or after sales service I have to know how to fix them. I enjoy finding the fault that others could not solve it and I feel good about it. The most challenging aspect of my job is to setup a VPN on a cellphone or enable java script.

No value to the employee
I wouldn't recommend anyone with 1 or more years of working experience to take up a sales role at Mustek. The wages are way too low for any family man or woman to sufficiently take care of the household & family needs on a daily, or recurring basis. Room for growth is almost nonexistent and admin personnel are being laid off to make room to beef up the sales force with more low sales consultant at a much lower income, but increase monthly revenue.

Fun, relationship with co-workers is perfect, learned good customer service
Very god company to work for. Great opportunities to grow within the company. I love the culture. Company is a great place to stay in. The culture is just so amazing, you feel at home.

working for this company to me is a very good opportunity for me personally because i learn alot from this company starting from the bottom on how to deliver what youb have promised to make the company to reach it objective, and how to be a great leader within the organisation,i may say i have a good relationship with my co-workers because im a person who believe in team work ,the is nothing i hate about my job im just looking for something new and more challenging to improve my work skills

Okay Dynamic company to work for, strives for excellence, and leading IT support and destributor. Company teaches you a lot. Only problem is salary. You work at the highest level of service with the government and other big companies in South Africa

Great exposure to the working environment
I have 12 years working experience in the Supply chain/ Logistic field that has exposed me to the working environment and teamwork. I have knowledge and experience in Procurement (International and Local), Transport (Air, Ocean, Road and inland) My current position is a supervisor: Inbound Shipping for an ICT Company
